Do my clients need an app?
No. Reservations happen in a normal WhatsApp chat. For clients without WhatsApp there is the SMS fallback.
Where does the WhatsApp number come from?
Setup includes the WhatsApp connection — a dedicated number or your existing business number.
How does no-show prevention work?
In three stages: WhatsApp reminder, then SMS, finally an automatic reminder call. Each stage is skipped once the appointment is confirmed.
